The workload can be quite manageable in one moment and the next it‘s suddenly overwhelming. This is why startups need people that stay calm and are still able to think straight under pressure.
That’s why we’re thankful Daniel has joined our team in April 2022. Not only does he have heaps of experience with the concrete industry, having worked as a building material tester for multiple years.
He also has an incredible work ethic. If the phrase „it is how it is“ would be a person it would be Daniel. He doesn‘t waste his energy in complaining about yet another change of plans, instead he makes the best of it and always finds reasonable solutions for problems.
