Thanks to the support of the European Union and the State of Brandenburg, our team was able to take part in two specialized training programs that further strengthened our technical and digital expertise.The first training, held at Multi Sonic GmbH in Spaichingen, focused on ultrasonic technology, control systems, and fault analysis. It deepened our engineers' technical understanding and strengthened our ability to further develop our own acoustic-based systems.In a second training, "Standardschulung – SolidSteel parametric for SOLIDWORKS," one of our employees expanded his expertise in parametric 3D steel construction. The skills gained help us design more efficiently, reduce errors, and standardize recurring constructions parametrically — another step in digitalizing our development processes.Together, both trainings boost our technological capabilities and foster a workplace where continuous learning, equality of opportunity, and collaboration are at the heart of our work.Both trainings were funded by the European Union and the State of Brandenburg.
