Growing up he had to be self-reliant from a very young age, working hard to finance his education. After completing his bachelor’s degree, he worked for a major company in India for several years. Initially, Swamy didn't intend to stay long, but the good salary and comfort had a sticky grip on him. An insightful conversation with an older colleague opened his eyes to the need for change. Not a week later, he handed in his letter of resignation and prepared to embark on a new journey.
Swamy's quest for knowledge and innovation took him across continents to Dresden, Germany, where he pursued his master's degree. There, he discovered his passion for concrete and cement. It didn’t take long for him to learn about the Sonocrete System. In fact, he began following our progress when our team consisted of just six or seven members. Now, he is a crucial part of our research team.
As our resident cement expert, Swamy spearheads research initiatives aimed at developing more climate-friendly cements, currently focusing on LC3. His collaboration with experts around the world is driving significant advancements in sustainable construction materials. In a world grappling with environmental challenges, Swamy's dedication to pioneering sustainable solutions is both admirable and essential.
